General Objectives
By the end of the course, students should be able to answer and make “Wh” questions correctly.




Learning Outcomes
By the end of the lesson, students should be able to:
1.   Answer “Wh” questions correctly.
2.   Construct “Wh” questions correctly.
3. Fill in the gaps with appropriate “Wh” 70% correctly.

Prior Knowledge

The basic rules and examples on Wh questions (What, Who, When, Where, Why & How) have been discussed in the previous classes.
Instructional Aids
Power Point Slides, Worksheet written on A3 size paper.
Set Induction
1.      Teacher greets students.
  1. Teacher shows student a blurred picture of a famous person.
  2. Teacher asks students to raise “Wh” questions regarding the person in order for them to guess who the person is, but they cannot ask the name of the person.
  3. Teacher writes the question they raised in front of the class and ask student to guess what they are going to learn today.
Content Development
Presentation  
  1. Teacher goes to the slides and recalls the students’ prior learning by asking what does each question words means.
  2. Teacher introduces another question words like which, whose and whom. Teacher explains and gives examples.

Activity 1 Right and Quick!

  1. Teacher divides the class into 2 groups.
  2. Ask the students to stand in line in their group.
  3. Representative from each group go in front of the class and answer the quiz stick on the board.
  4. After students finished answering questions within the given time, teacher check their answers.
  5. The one that have higher score will be rewarded by the teacher.
Conclusion
1. Teacher asks the students what have they learned and the function of learning "Wh" questions in life.
2. Teacher recaps the important points
3. Teacher gives students homework individually,  take it home for example,
Each one of students has to write 5 sentences using WH questions.
